  • Clients may also recertify online through the State Portal:

www.toapply.org/MassLIHEAP

  • The State Portal will open to new applicants on November 1.

As winter approaches, we're concerned with the rising cost of energy and committed to doing all we can to help our community. MOC is grateful to have incredibly compassionate teams working together. Since our announcement, many local providers, social service organizations and community partners have reached out with their support and to share resources for clients. Thank you - it will truly take a village. Please encourage clients to be patient as we process applications, answer phone calls and respond to LIHEAP inquiries across the region.

If you have any questions, need any additional information, or would like to connect with the LIHEAP program, please contact Norma Alvarez, Program Manager at nalvarez@mocinc.org
