Overview: Each participant will need to have a copy of The Joy of Appreciative Living Book

If you cannot afford this, please let us know and we will get one for you.  Appreciative Living Learning Circles were created to do just that! You will learn an easy-to-understand, practical set of exercises that support your changing the way you see the world.

and help you become a better version of yourself. And best of all, it takes just a few minutes a day. At the end of sessions, you will find out how to get a free 28-day program to help you continue what you have learned.

 

Lesson 1

  • Look for what’s on the positive side of every situation.

  • Re-wire your brain to naturally see more of the good stuff.

  • Learn the appreciative living 3-step process.

  • Plan to adopt the daily process of developing your appreciation list.

Lesson 2

  • Identify common resistances to change ourselves.

  • Learn how to listen appreciatively.

  • Try out examining situations from different perspectives.

  • Practice techniques for changing your perspectives.

Lesson 3

  • Experiment with visualization to improve your day.

  • Identify aspects of your days you are ready/willing to change.

  • Practice visualization to begin creating your ideal life.

Lesson 4

  • Use questions and a positive focus to align with and create what you want most.

  • Practice the 3-step process to appreciative living.

  • Examine the practical use of Appreciate Inquiry.
